Yes, I have been trained in pregnancy massage. You are set up on the table in a side-lying position with pillows/bolsters to help support your positioning. We go through the session ensuring you are comfortable and relaxed making sure to target all those sore areas.

Yes, if you are a new mum and ready to spend some time on yourself, please come in. You can bring bubba if needed and during the session, we can adapt to your needs.
